The Oak View Health Center project consisted of the design and construction of a new two-story Assisted Living Facility (30 beds) and dementia portion (16 beds).
The Skilled Nursing Facility includes a 46-bed nursing unit, dining, commercial kitchen, recreation, lounge, and physical therapy space. Outdoor general walkway, parking lot, and area lighting systems.
FBA provided Electrical Engineering, Architectural Lighting Design, Nurse Call, Telecommunications Systems and Fire Alarm Design Services.
